Are sewing classes always available?
Due to the dynamic nature of our work as costumers, involving frequent calls to be on sets or location, we regret that our sewing classes may not be offered on a consistent weekly basis. Moreover, access to our facilities could occasionally be restricted due to ongoing production projects requiring our team's full utilization of the space. As a result, our scheduling policy typically allows for bookings within a 7 to 14-day window in advance, considering these possible schedule limitations.

Our classes strictly operate on an appointment-only basis due to limited space availability. We are committed to providing each individual, whether utilizing our sewing room or participating in our dedicated classes, with the appropriate space and time upon booking.

Make sure to be 100% certain for the dates that you are selecting and booking with us. Space is limited, therefore we are appointment based only and reserve the spot just for you. We are fully committed to providing the proper space and time for each individual that books with us.

Can we reschedule OUR CLASS?
Were required you to send us an email with 7-days advance. This will allow us time to reschedule you and provide the open spot to someone on our wait list. We will not accommodate any inquiries within those 7 days.
Do you provide refunds?
Refunds are typically only approved if our space becomes unexpectedly unavailable due to unforeseen production requirements necessitating the full use of our facilities by our team, or if the owner is called away to set. However, the company may consider offering refunds under special circumstances, exercising discretion. Please be aware that in most cases, refunds are not issued as all sales are considered final. We strongly advise ensuring absolute certainty regarding your chosen dates before making a booking with us.

Are the classes limited?
Yes, we appreciate the intimate atmosphere it creates, enabling us to give enough attention to each student. Please note that the majority of our classes are limited to only 4-6 students at this time due to the size of our space. So double-check the next availability and make sure to book your spot in advance! Limited spots available per week.
Is there a wait list?
Yes! If there was a day you were really interested in doing a class and it's sold out, send us an email and let us know! We are happy to put you on the wait list and let you know if there are any cancellations.
HOW DO PACKAGES WORK?
Classes included in packages are discounted per session. Upon purchase, you have the flexibility to choose the specific days you'd like to attend. We'll provide a separate package form for you to confirm your selected dates. Consider it as a credit for 4 or 6 classes, allowing you to attend on the days when classes are scheduled.
CAN A CHILD UNDER THE AGE OF 8, JOIN A CLASS?
With parental consent, children under the age of 8 are welcome to join the class. If your child faces challenges in focusing during the session, we may recommend considering enrollment when they are a bit older.
Can a parent sit in on a class?
Please be aware that our sewing classes operate on a drop-off basis. Due to limited space, we ask parents not to stay in the class. This policy is in place to maintain an optimal learning environment for all participants. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation in creating the best experience for everyone involved.
