- You are not permitted to enter our sewing room if you are not feel well. If you are not feeling well and need to reschedule your booking date, please contact us! We are happy to reschedule for you.
- Do this upon entering the sewing room! Please wash your hands or use the hand sanitizer before using any of our equipment or tools.
- We clean and sanitize surfaces, tools used, and machines in the space at the end of each day.
- Under absolutely NO circumstances are open lid drinks, or crumbly food are allowed in the sewing room. We do not wish to have any spill accidents on the machines or cutting tables. Or worst, get a mess on yours or someone else's project. There's a kitchen lounge upstairs to eat in.
- Be courteous when using the tools, if you are not using a tool anymore, please put back so that someone else can use. it.
- Personal belongings are the responsibility of the individual(s). We are not liable if something gets stolen, damaged, or lost. If you leave bags or fabrics or own personal belongings unattended, it's at your own risk that they may get stolen.
- We are not responsible for any incidents, injuries, or accidents that occur while renting out or occupying our sewing room. It is the individual(s) own responsibility to seek immediate help or call authorities if/when needed while in our sewing room.
- The sewing room is being recorded 24/7. Any thing being sighted as illegal will be reported to the authorities and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. If an incident occurs and you need access to footage, please contact us.
- Doors will be promptly closed indicated on the sewing room hours listed on our access page, click here. Under no circumstances is anyone allow to occupy or enter the space after business hours. Only those with private lessons or classes are able to enter.
- You are not allowed to share your access code with anyone else at any given time. We ask everyone to submit a photo of your ID when booking. If you are someone we do not recognize, we will ask you to leave.
- NO GUESTS allowed at this time, period. If we see that you brought a guest, you will be banned from the space, and charged a guest fee.

- We are not responsible for any incidents that happen while renting out or occupying our studio space or using the equipment. It is the individual(s) own responsibility to when using/operating tools and machinery.
- If you do not know how to use a certain machine, DO NOT USE.. You can schedule an appointment for a one-on-one class on how to operate and use the machines.
- All machines are first come first serve! If someone is waiting for a machine, please be courteous and limit your usage time. Please talk with one another to determine a good way to switch when needed or coordinate a time limit.
- All tools, supplies, and machines must be kept within the studio space.. Under no circumstances, walking around in the office building with tools or scissors in your hand..
- Due to the limited amount of space, we can not provide storage for you or keep any items/fabrics in the space for you. We are not liable for anything left unattended and anything left after business hours will be thrown away.
- If you realized you forgot something, contact us via. email and we will try to find and hang onto the item for you to pick up the following day. We are not responsible if an item has been stolen.
- There are 2 available restrooms near the lobby by the stairs. If those are occupied, there are 2 additional bathrooms directly up the stairs on the 2nd floor.
- On the 2nd floor, going up the stairs, directly turn left, and left. There is a kitchen lounge provided with complimentary tea and coffee. .However, you are not permitted to store food or drinks in the kitchen fridge. That is only available to tenants.
- There is a suggestion box by the mirror, you can write a note of what is needed in the space and we will review at the end of each week for consideration. We can not guarantee that we can always get what is needed. It demands on the cost and demand of the particular tool or item.
